  Tom Vignali has worked with my family and company for nearly ten years and in that time his advice and guidance has been fundamental in growing my small contracting company from a "guy with a truck, tools and a dog" into a proper general contracting firm. As an accountant his input has been invaluable and tireless. I regularly receive emails from him in the middle of the night. When I take a wider view of the impact my relationship with Tom has had on me, my family and business, I'm struck by the attention that he pays to listening to and learning about his clients, their personalities and goals and incorporating this knowledge into the service that he provides to them. Tom knows me, my wife, kids and he knows my company. I closely link much of what success my business has enjoyed and my own growth as an entrepreneur to my relationship with Tom.
